Because Linger Longer Communities embrace the concept of citizenship, and because we recognize that with citizenship come both rights and responsibilities, we have a Constitution—a document to constantly remind us of who we are and what we aspire to become as a company.
ARTICLE I
We are not developers, nor are we builders, although we are both of these. We are in the business of creating complete communities in exceptional places for the enjoyment of our citizens: residents, guests and visitors of all ages.
ARTICLE II
Complete communities address the well-being—physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual—of everyone and everything involved: from the health of a newborn to the dignity of its oldest resident.
ARTICLE III
We go above and beyond in providing extraordinary experiences. Experiences that make possible human interaction and interactions with Nature.
ARTICLE IV
These experiences have no price. They have no beginning or end.
They are totally immersive. There is nothing that is not part of them.
ARTICLE V
The land is not our own; we borrow it from Nature and from future generations. It is our right as citizens to enjoy the land. It is our responsibility as citizens to care for it and leave it better than when we found it.
ARTICLE VI
As creators of community, we understand that profit is not defined by money alone. We also profit in giving back, in leaving a legacy, individually and in the company of others.
This is the Linger Longer way.
